No. However, meditation is proven to help many people overcome depression. And this book is a beautiful, nonjudgmental treatment of it. Reading Thich Nhat Hanh is like being with Thich Nhat Hanh, which is way better than being with someone who thinks they have the best specific meditation process for you, if only you’d listen carefully and apply it exactly.
