Best book for mystics: A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming: Mastering the Art of Oneironautics by
This best book for mystics’ particular appeal:
Believe it or not, I used the techniques in this book to successfully have a lucid dream. Two, in fact. In the first, I knew I was dreaming but just kept on waitressing; as I remember thinking, “Well, I’d better get back to work; these people are waiting for me.” In the second, I decided to stop what I was doing and fly. I got about nine feet before I woke up. If I wanted to devote a bit more time to it, I’m confident it could be a regular occurrence.
This book for mystics’ essence:
This book is exactly what it purports to be: a practical, easy-to-read lucid dreaming guide. Not overrated. Recommended.
This book for mystics’ outline and highlights:
- Lucid dreaming is the ability to know you’re dreaming while you’re dreaming.
- We’ll teach you: how to reconnect with your dreams; how to have a lucid dream; what to do once you’re lucid.
