There’s a Book for That, Too

It’s a great time to get suddenly awesome. So many teachers. So many books.

I’m a Partner, a Mom, a Friend, a Mom, a Sister, a Daughter, a Businessperson and a Mom. Here’s What Helps.

  1. Richard Carlson’s wife Kristen, in one of their “small stuff” books, recommended finishing a shower, when you have washed your hair, by a few moments of cold with no warm water. She said, I think, that it really gets you rocking.

  2. I know exactly what you mean. That’s a great feeling. I don’t like it as much in the winter, though. Then I just don’t want to get out of the shower.
I always get such a feeling of accomplishment after running. It’s a burst of energy that keeps me upbeat for a good amount of time afterward.
Or how about that refreshing feeling after a haircut?
